When we perform full replacements, we do the ENTIRE SYSTEM. All underlayments, flashings, caulkings, etc. are handled with care and precision to ensure your biggest asset is protected from the elements. We work on your home as if it was our own!
At Loyal Family we treat all of our customers with the thought that they have joined our personal family. We treat every project as if the work was being done on our own house. With that being said, we guarantee all of our work and will strive to make every project to your liking at the end. When doing these types of large projects things can happen. Nothing is perfect and neither are we. We just ask that you give us a reasonable time-frame to assess the situation and take the necessary actions.

Our job at Loyal Family Renovations is to maximize your claim. Ideally we want to get as much approved as the adjuster allows for the least amount out of your pocket. In most cases our clients only pay their insurance deductible. However, there are circumstances where it is only partially covered. At that point we have 2 options. The preferred option is for us to reinspect and try to get the rest covered. If that doesn’t go to plan, we would have to agree on a separate contract amount for the completion of the scoped project. We CANNOT build a job if it is not a full approval. We are very transparent through the whole process to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
Our estimate is only that…AN ESTIMATE!
The insurance company and the state of Wisconsin requires it. However, our number doesn’t mean anything, as the insurance company and us finalize together after the project is finished to cover any unseen costs. This also explains why it is a multiple check process. The first check is to get the project started (materials and labor). When the project is finished, we send all pictures pertaining to the build to come to an agreement with your insurance company. They will, in turn, send that exact to the penny amount . With that we send your final invoice with that number also. One of the many reasons to have us involved is we maximize your claim and make sure all damaged areas are covered!
We communicate with you every step of the way. Some materials are more readily available than others. Your rep and your assigned account manager will always be on the same page to ensure you know exactly when your build will take place, even down to where the materials will be placed on your property!
